The client looked to upgrade their existing Pega PRPC applications to Pega PRPC 7.1 and leverage the benefits of an enriched user interface. They also wanted to incorporate predictive and adaptive analytics, and also bring in social collaboration and mobility.

THE SOLUTION

 

Deploying Pega, we upgraded the Online Application Re-write and Loss Control applications. Our Pega upgrade approach encompassed the following:

  • Built-in platform with set of upgrade utilities
  • Standardized approach to estimation by generating sizing spread sheet
  • Automatic documentation capability at each stage of the upgrade enhancing assessment and analysis
  • Best Practices to be followed for upgrade activities

We used our Pega Upgrade Solution Accelerator tools and techniques to facilitate faster PRPC upgrades to achieve 30 percent reduction of effort reduction.

Our solution facilitated cross-browser compatibility and supported HTML 5 and Omni-Channel UX– Mobile and Tablet.
